Steps and routes
Step types, and how visitors move from one page to the next.

A funnel is a list of steps. On the funnel page you see them in order, with the share of visitors that continues from one step to the next.
Step types
- Sales page: persuades and sends visitors on.
- Opt-in: collects email addresses. Leads show up under Customers.
- Free page: a blank page for anything else.
- Checkout: details, bundles, order bump and payment.
- Upsell and Downsell: one-click offers after payment.
- Thank you: the confirmation and order summary, plus anything you add.
You can change a step's type on the funnel page.
Routes
By default visitors go to the next step in the list. On an upsell, Yes goes on and No goes to the downsell (or the next step). You can change every route: on the funnel page under Where visitors go next, or in the editor under Step. A route can point to any step or to an external URL.
Adding, moving and duplicating
Use New step on the funnel page. New steps are placed before the thank-you page, so the flow stays valid. The menu next to a step lets you duplicate it, move it up or down, or delete it.
