Terms of service

# 1. Who we are
FunnelOne provides software to build sales funnels, checkouts and automations ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

# 2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You're responsible for everything that happens in your account, including your team members.
- You must be at least 18 and use the Service for your business.

# 3. Your store and your customers
You sell your own products to your own customers. You are the seller and data controller for your shoppers' data, and you're responsible for your products, prices, copy, legal texts, taxes and customer service. Payments go through your own Stripe or Shopify account; we never hold your money.

# 4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful: no counterfeit or prohibited products, fake reviews, misleading health claims, spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that do.

# 5. Plans and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

# 6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features over time.

# 7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect damages such as lost profit.

# 8. Ending the agreement
You can close your account any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can export your data before closing your account.

# 9. Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
