Troubleshooting

My domain doesn't connect

Checking your DNS records step by step.

A domain shows Connected once its DNS points to FunnelOne. If it keeps saying Waiting for DNS:

1. Check the record

On Settings → Domains, each domain shows exactly which record it needs and what we found. For a subdomain like shop.yourbrand.com that's a CNAME pointing to the address shown there.

2. Check the name

At most providers you only enter the first part of the name: shop, not shop.yourbrand.com. Entering the full name often creates shop.yourbrand.com.yourbrand.com.

3. Remove conflicting records

A subdomain can't have a CNAME and another record (like an A record) at the same time. Delete the old one.

4. Wait, then check again

DNS changes can take from a few minutes up to a few hours. Press Check next to the domain on the Domains page.

Root domains (yourbrand.com without shop.) often can't use a CNAME. Use a subdomain, or follow the alternative shown on the Domains page.
