Shoppers can't pay
Checkout errors, missing payment methods and test mode.

Work through these in order.
"This store can't take payments yet"
Stripe isn't connected. Go to Settings → Payments and add your keys. The page tests them straight away.
Payments work, but nothing is charged
You're probably in test mode: keys starting with pk_test and sk_test. Test orders look real in FunnelOne but no money moves. Switch to your live keys when you're ready. Get started shows a warning while you're in test mode.
A payment method is missing
Your checkout shows the methods that are active in Stripe. On Settings → Payments, methods marked Pending or Off need to be switched on or finished in Stripe. Press Manage in Stripe.
"This checkout has no product yet"
The checkout step has no product linked. Open the checkout in the editor, go to Step, and pick a product.
Upsells ask for card details again
One-click upsells only work with the Stripe checkout. If a funnel uses Shopify's checkout (Funnel → Settings → Checkout with), upsells can't charge the saved card.
